Cleaning Schedule
- The 8 blocks, control room and post room are scheduled to be cleaned weekly.
All garages are cleaned once a month. - Large and small swimming pools, toilets and sauna are cleaned on a daily basis.
Swimming Pools are chemically tested daily. Bins at the main gate are emptied on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. - The nearest recycling bins (glass, plastic, cardboard, paper …) are in Avenida de los Vientos next to the Oasis Club play ground.
- Should you need to throw away furniture, or electric goods you must call
this number 616 48 91 14 to arrange collection (Monday to Friday). This is a free service. The normal bin men will not remove these items.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS. PLEASE CONTACT THE VICE PRESIDENT OR THE HELPERS REGARDING ANY PERSISTENT ISSUES THAT YOU MAY HAVE WITH THE COMMUNITY CLEANING AND THE GARDEN/POOL AREAS. PLEASE REPORT ANY FAULTS TO THE COMMUNITY STAFF. EVERYONES HELP WILL MAKE THIS COMMUNITY A CLEANER, SAFER AND ENJOYABLE PLACE FOR ALL.
